YYM provides the opportunity to realise your musical potential

Through specialist 1:1 instrumental tuition and individually tailored musicianship training, you will enhance, develop and expand your musical education across a wide range of genres and traditions.

A typical day involves

1 – hour principal study tuition (including Indian and Western Classical instrumental & vocal, Jazz and composition).
30-minute second study tuition
45-minute ensemble lesson
2 or 3 enrichment options, individually tailored and designed to enhance musicianship, in addition to individual tuition. These include classes in Music Theory, Dalcroze Eurhythmics, Composition, Improvisation and Aural training.

Chamber music is at the heart of YYM with regular performance opportunities with both internal & external concerts and masterclasses. Our students enjoy a wider variety of ensemble opportunities & performance classes, as well as their individual lessons and enrichment activities.
