How good do I need to be?
You need to possess high levels of musicianship and a desire to dedicate a significant amount of time to developing your skills. You don’t need to have achieved a certain level in music exams/other formal education but all places are awarded following successful audition.
How Much does it cost?
YYM provides specialist instrumental tuition and advanced musicianship training to all who can benefit from it and our current fees can be found on the Money Matters page. We are fortunate to be supported by the Government’s Music and Dance Scheme which aims to contribute towards ensuring everyone is able to access our expert tuition.
When and where?
YYM operates every Sunday during term time and classes take place between approximately 9:30-3:30, depending on your individual timetable and programme. We have centres in Leeds and Hull.
