Calling all Grade 3-8+ cellists!
Join us at Leeds Conservatoire on March 1st from 11:30am-3:30pm for a FREE, informal, interactive day of cello ensemble playing, led by Nicholas Trygstad, Head of Strings at Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and RBC student Tyler Wood. Nicholas is an exceptionally accomplished cellist, having been the principal cellist for the Hallé orchestra for more than 20 years, while Tyler is a YYM alumnus currently in his 3rd year at RBC.
Nicholas and Tyler will offer tips and guidance, as well as information on studying cello at music college, and careers in cello playing.
To sign up you must be a cellist working at Grade 3 level or above (but please note it isn’t necessary to have taken any exams).
